Our Bubble Bath is manufactured using the best 99.7% Pure Certified Kosher (vegetable) glycerin, with propylene glycol which next to water it is one of the best moisture-carrying vehicles used in cosmetic formulations.  It has excellent skin permeation like glycerin which gives a pleasant feel without greasiness.
